Questions & answers
What counts as "one event"?
One event is one album - a wedding, a trip, a birthday. Each event gets its own unique URL, PIN, and gallery.
How many photos can guests upload?
Trial events allow up to 20 files and are stored for 7 days. This limit applies now and after we move to paid plans. Full access removes these limits.
What happens to photos after the event?
All photos and data are permanently deleted at the end of your event's retention window. Download your ZIP before then.
Do guests need to create an account?
No. Guests scan a QR code or tap a magic link - no app, no account, no friction.
When will the free period end?
We haven't set a date yet. We will notify all users at least 30 days before any pricing changes take effect. Anyone who has requested and received a free event as an early adopter will never be charged for that event - it is yours to keep free of charge.
Can I get full access for free?
Yes - as an early adopter, full access is available at no cost. Just fill in our short contact form and we'll unlock it for you within a few hours.
